thyself My name is Roy Lee. I am 28 years of age. Currently I am a Wellness
Coach and Massage Therapist. Wellness Coach offers advice and guidance on: 1

received my professional training from various places ranging from accredited
institutions, correspondence, and self-study. I hold a national license in Body
Work and Massage Therapy, practicing my art for the past three years. I enjoy
training in the martial sciences, indoor and outdoor climbing, working in the
yard, and continuing my education. I offer my clients Therapeutic Massages, Custom
Fitness Plans, Healthy Diet advice, Personal Protection, and Self Body Guarding
techniques, all of which are covered under my MXD Wellness Plan. Basic
Wellness Coaching This plan is your foundation to achieve and maintain
health. 1.) Goal list allows you to remain honest with yourself about what's
truly important to you on your journey for personal exploration of health and
wellness. 2.) One therapeutic massage per month for stress management helps
to release the stress of daily living and helps to remove harmful toxins from
the body. 3.) Two supervised 45 minute personal workouts per week allows me
to show you correct form, posture and application of the exercises to minimize
injury and increase productivity through motivation and instruction. 4). One
weekly phone-call from me for motivation and follow up to help keep you on track
with your goals and to answer any questions that you may have. Just
Fit This plan is designed for people of high athletic ability or
the equivalence. 1.) Goal list allows you to remain honest with yourself about

the body. 3.) Three 1.5 hour workouts per week personally designed for your
fitness goal specifications, getting your body into shape quicker and keeping
your desired form longer. 4.) One weekly phone-call from me for motivation
and follow up to help keep you on track with your goals and to answer any questions
that you may have. MXD Wellness Plan This plan
is not for the faint of heart or the weekend warrior. This is my personal workout
routine offered to only the most serious of martialists, specialists, and elites
of their respective fields or professions. 1.) Goal list allows you to remain
honest with yourself about what's truly important to you on your journey for personal
growth in your overall health and wellness. 2.) Four therapeutic massages monthly
for stress management helps to release the stress of daily living and helps in
removing harmful toxins from the body. 3.) Six one hour workouts per week designed
for optimum performance and overall health and wellness enhancement including
self-preservation and hand-to-hand combat tactics training. 4.) One weekly
phone-call from me for motivation and follow up to help keep you on track with
your goals and to answer any questions that you may have. Each program includes
healthy diet advice based on your current health status and blood type. My
exercises are designed to increase overall full body strength, stamina, and flexibility
without the use of heavy weights or bulky equipment. The breathing techniques
that I recommend will allow you to develop highly oxygenated elongated muscle
tissue, giving you longer leaner muscle and a sexier physique. This body, created
through hard work and dedication, is a direct result of learning to accomplish
your own personal fitness goals. Special event services and
packages: On site Fitness Consultant attends to all exercise
and fitness needs including basic breathing, stretching, dieting and exercise
routines and instruction. On site Massage Therapist attends to any
professional massage needs of the client. On site Stress Management Consultant
uses various methods of stress reduction therapies including but not limited to
different forms of massages, breathing, exercises, meditation and prayer to relieve
the client of their stresses.
